Fast location setup
WEMALO can be used as a WMS system at one or several locations.
Setting up WEMALO as a warehouse management system takes approx. 1 week for a 10,000 square metre warehouse. This is sufficient to set up the warehouse for incoming goods, storage, outgoing goods and returns and to process new and existing fulfilment customers.
- New or existing customers can now be connected with their customer system.
- Via existing standard interfaces within minutes.
- All product data is synchronised so that the customer can register their incoming goods after accessing the customer portaal.

Shopify App
After the customer has set up Shopify and created all products, our WEMALO app is installed and set up.
WEMALO Connect
The new Shopify system is connected to the warehouse in WEMALO Connect. And the product data and all order data and statuses are now exchanged.
Set up billing
The conditions agreed with the customer are entered in the billing template in the portal so that all services can be automatically recorded and billed.
Set up dispatch
The shipping conditions agreed with the customer are also stored and the corresponding shipping profiles are stored in WEMALO.
Set up customers
Individual customisations are now required for each customer, which can be stored as services in the system: Special features for goods receipt of certain products can be stored, as can special features for goods issue.
Warehouse employees
Employees in the warehouse can thus be managed individually by WEMALO without training. The processes agreed with the customer are thus guaranteed to be implemented and can be invoiced automatically at the end of the month.
